Terms of Service

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Ultra Whisper on up to 10 devices.

A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment; a monthly plan renews until cancelled.

You can free up an activation slot at any time by deactivating a device from your dashboard.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share your license key. Activations beyond your device limit will be refused.

You are responsible for any cloud API keys you connect and for complying with those providers' terms.

We aim to keep the licensing service available. The app re-verifies your license periodically, but if the service is temporarily unreachable it is designed to keep working offline for a limited period after the last successful check.

Every purchase is covered by our 14-day unconditional refund (see the Refund Policy). You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and your license stays active until the end of the paid period.

If your license is refunded, charged back, or revoked, it is deactivated and the app returns to an unlicensed state.

Ultra Whisper is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Transcription accuracy is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Ultra Whisper is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the operator named in our notice for sales (see Tokushoho for Japan), without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
